Nothing beats being in Chy An Albany. Everything was fantastic, including views and staff. It was just next door to Porthminster Beach. Lots of gorgeous food, we appreciated it.

The breakfast was very good. Apleasant 10 minute walk into St Ives. Bedroom was not big but was comfortable and had a view over the sea.
Shower was weak and bathroom a bit cold, but nothing major.

Breakfast was good but that's the only thing that was
O my god ! Where shall I start ? As we were taken to the room the hallway was totally full of cleaning stuff and laundry, then the room was so small and smelt old, damp and dirty, the receptionist then told us that if we could be out tomorow because the "maintenance man" needed to paint the bathroom !!!!! Ok so we all know these things must be done but before guests get there, looking at the shower it was clear that something need to be done........the ceiling had paint falling off , the shower was mouldy and it was so small ! Now the bed !!! It was quite comfortable if you could ignore the old dirty pillows that must have been full of skin cells and dribble . We also had no idea that we had intact booked into an old folks home .
